Kilon Conglomerate is a small-household-appliance manufacturer in China founded in 2000, located in Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. We are specialized in the R&D and production of small-household-appliance such as deep fryers, electric steamers, juicers and food mixers. Since 2020, Kilon has built up its cluster-type modern industrial park with advanced manufacturing facilities, testing equipment and automatic production lines, simultaneously, has been identified as a national high-tech enterprise. An integrated management system has established from product design, R&D, mold manufacturing and production to achieve the whole product process control of ISO9001 quality management system, American EHS system and BSCI certification. We have the capability of self-operated export business, and have independently developed more than 100 products, which are exported to overseas markets such as Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Meanwhile, Kilon has gathered a group of professionals in electronic technology, electromechanical integration technology, industrial design, introduced high-precision measurement standard to improve administration requirements, and ensured the high-quality needs of different customers and the company's core strengths in the field of global small-home-appliance intelligent manufacturing.
Quality assurance is one of the core strategies of Kilon Conglomerate's sustainable development, as well as a key factor to maintain stable and long-term cooperation with customers. We strictly abide by the 5S management and the implementation of the ERP operating system which have professionally controlled multiple key departments such as IQC, online QC and QA. In order to shorten the R&D cycle and facilitate the application of scientific and technological achievements, Kilon has carried out comprehensive development and technical innovation of kitchen appliances concentrated on "Advanced manufacturing and automation - High precision production process and equipment - Intelligent device driven technology". By introducing technical personnel and intelligent automation equipment, Kilon has established a team of comprehensive product design, realizing the integration and upgrading of enterprise resource allocation and product functionalization and quality, which would significantly improve the unique core competitiveness of enterprise in the kitchen appliance manufacturing industry. Meanwhile, all component materials flowing into the product lines are inspected by our professional laboratory, also an orderly discussion on material quality is conducted with suppliers to ensure that all exported finished products are green and recyclable.
